Business Ethics and Code of Conduct summarizes Fortune Group and its employees’ ethics and the rules we are follow.
This is not a detailed execution directory; instead, it is the essence of Fortune Group’s Policy, helping you to make sound decision for both you and Fortune Group.

Principles
Integrity
Conduct business following integrity principle and applicable law and regulations. We treat our customers, fellow employees, and business partners with fairness. We set high standards for honesty and ethics in business, and promote individual responsibility to ensure that these are achieved.

Intellectual Property Protection
We respect third party’s legitimate intellectual property. No deliberate infringement or improper use. Protect clients’ intellectual property during client service.

Health and Safety
All employees have the responsibility to observe safety and health principle in order to maintain a safe work environment. You are responsible to report to manager of any accident, harm, or unsafe operation equipment. We are committed to maintain a safe environment. We will actively work towards achieving this goal by insisting on the observation of safe working practices, by encouraging responsible behavior and by ensuring that organizations and individuals understand what is expected of them.

Respect for people
At any time, we respect others and treat people with fairness. “We respect personal dignity, diversity of ideas, and open to opinions and feedback”.

Confidentiality
We protect confidential information of customers, employees, business partners and other individuals. Protect all special information by labeling corresponding information, storage in the safe place, and using within limited circle. Special Information is referring to non-publicized information, which might benefit Fortune Group or competitors. Special information includes information provided by suppliers and clients. The obligation of protection special information still exists even after employment.

    Commit to protect our environment, minimize any adverse effects of our activities on the environment with our professional recycling ability
    Observing environmental protection policy and plans to support our commitment by all of our staff
    Operate our business in a way to promote the recycling usage of our world resources
    Report management if any poisonous materials are disposed improperly or harm to our environment
